Explain how blacks who make up 12.5% of the population also make up 18.2% of cushy federal government workers? They are over represented by nearly 50% in terms of Federal government employees! How can this be, if systematic racism exists?

Oh yeah .

In NYC almost ALL the easy gov't gigs go to minorities (mostly black)

DMV, Parks and Rec etc.

Strangely not sanitation (hardest one of all the easy gigs)

The bigger question, if there is systematic racism, how does any black person ever become successful? The majority become successful for the same reasons white people become successful. Successful people know what to do.
